Yesterday I went to the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. One of the exhibits I viewed was Beyond Basketry: Japanese Bamboo Art. Each basket was a perfect merging of incredible skill with refined and deep artistic vision. The works were both soothing and energizing to contemplate.
