Valentine Count Up/ Candy Cane Heart

Here's recycling idea for leftover candy canes—make them into hearts. I tried to hold them together with just ribbon ties but I did need to add glue. I used white glue but repaired one with a glue gun after it came apart. My white glue was a generic dollar store variety. A better glue might be more secure, or a glue gun.
