Recipe for Szechuan Green Beans

I promised the recipe to a gathering and decided to write it out. While the computer is convenient, there is something so grounded about connecting with all the handwritten recipes of the past. The beans are quick and easy and provide some spicy warmth as the winter days approach. You can reduce the hot pepper flakes if you'd like it milder.
