Second Day of Christmas

Flowers from last night's dinner party—ranunculus and carnations with juniper, Japanese holly, and pieris bud sprigs. I usually only decorate with greens and berries at this time of year but I am coming to appreciate fresh flowers from the florist in winter. These are from Jan Lorrey Flowers which just opened a retail space in Newbury, MA. I'll be taking a floral design class this winter into spring at North Shore Community College and look forward to sharing more with you in 2016.
